This unit is suitable for continuous operation clockwise or counter clockwise with a wide range of speed variations. The speed is adjustable according to the requirements in the START and OPERATION stages, adapting to different technical parameters and continuous operation. It is small in size and effective in performance, easily adapted to your rpm needs. It is effective in driving the agitator in reactors needing variable speed control or if you wish Electronic options are also available.

Suitable for sealing of agitator shaft in reactor with nominal pressure of no more than 0.4MPA, working temperature of 20+200C and outer diameter of agitator shaft of 40~140mm. 

Glass-lined pressure indicator can be used easily mounted on reactor with effective separation between the indicator and the corrosive medium. This feature provides effective protection against corrosion and damage to the pressure indicator.

This valve is made of cast iron. The sealing effect is accomplished by the PTFE sealing ring. The inner surface of the cast iron is fully glass-lined. Two types, Upper-moving Type and Lower-moving Type, are available.

As an assembled part, the seal is separated from the glass-lined flange by a special design. All the sealing parts in contact with medium are non-metallic.

The manhole closure assist is a device that allows easy closure of heavy manhole covers.  The assist is easily mounted on the reactor manway.

The clamp is specially designed so that when loosened, the clamp can not fall and remains attached to a reactor body mounting ring.  Anti-rust treatment is done on the surface of the nut and clamp to protect its integrity.

Various standard glass-lined pipes, towers and fittings (including 90 degree L’s, T’s, etc.) are available (including 2, 3, 4, 6 inch diameter sizes and more). We also can manufacture them according to your engineering requirements.
